Self-Isolation offers an opportunity to get some fitness in your day, especially if you want some fresh air. A walk, run or bike ride is a great way to get some cardio and to see something a bit more than your house and garden. Remember to keep local though.
Another way to get in fitness is setting up a home gym however do this with safety in mind, we don’t want people injuring themselves and needing doctors or physio treatment.
